StoreFeeder pricing by annual turnover

Your monthly price is set by your turnover over the last 12 months, including VAT and including Amazon FBA orders downloaded into StoreFeeder. Pay a year upfront and you get 12 months for the price of 11.

What that means in orders per day

StoreFeeder prices on turnover rather than order volume, so a busy month never raises your bill. As a guide, assuming an average order value of around £45 including VAT, this is roughly how daily order volume maps to the bands above. A higher average order value means fewer orders per band; a lower one means more.

StoreFeeder works from around 10 orders a day. It becomes clearly cost-effective from about 30 orders a day, or sooner if your margin per order is healthy, because that is the point where picking errors, overselling and manual despatch start costing more than the software.

Every plan has no cap on users or sales channels and no per-user fees. Optional add-ons: Insights Pro +£195 a month (reporting database, custom dashboards, MCP connection for AI assistants) and Advanced Operations Pro +£295 a month (includes Insights Pro, plus multi-warehouse prioritisation and transfers and FIFO-aware forecasting). Some couriers charge a per-label fee and a small number of integrations carry an extra cost; any that apply are shown in your quote. No set-up fees, rolling 30-day terms.
